Rudolph Heino High School Scholarship

Rudolph Heino was a long-time MSGCU Board Member who strongly upheld the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” Like its namesake, the Rudolph Heino High School Scholarship is designed to help high school seniors who demonstrate an enthusiasm and commitment to inspiring others through leadership.

Students are selected based on a number of criteria, including school and community involvement, academic achievement, and an essay. Five (5) $2,500 scholarships will be offered. Applications are now closed.

MSGCU non-members are welcome to apply. Membership is required if selected as a scholarship recipient. You are eligible to become an MSGCU member if you reside, work, attend school, or worship in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Joining is easy! If you're 18 or over, simply join online. You can also visit one of our branches and bring the following information: an initial savings deposit of $5 or more; a government-issued valid picture ID; and your social security number.
